Description Project/Department Description and responsibilities The job is situated within the tribe Disability. This tribe covers the business domains Incapacity and Indemnity. The Tribe is organized in self-managed Squads. The scope of a squad contains stories coming from :
• Production issues
• Change Request backlogs
• Business projects
• Technical debt reduction projects.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to train, develop & improve general knowledge and performance of the team. The person will need to make sure the members of the team are in line with the Product Owner to assure a well delivery at their best capacity.

Mission Primary Tasks And Responsibilities
• Help enhance people/technical strengths and competences
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology
• Help organize personal/company performance plan
• Analyze and understand strengths and weaknesses of the situation in order to define an improvement plan to be implemented
