The Controller is responsible for managing the Finance and Accounting and Purchasing Team in the areas of but not limited to Budget Control, Financial Accounting and MIS, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashier, Purchasing and Receiving ensuring the smooth and efficient operations, compliance with financial regulations and laws, as well as internal policies and procedures. Roles and responsibilities: Supervise the Finance and Purchasing team members in order to perform the work assigned with accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness Develop, monitor and review the policies and procedures of accounting, finance and purchasing to ensure balance between control and efficiency Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of Finance and Purchasing Departments Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and implement financial processes and controls to safeguard assets and minimize financial risks.
