As an IT Support, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate applications such as Office 365, Adobe Acrobat Reader, etc.
• Installation and troubleshooting of network devices including switches, routers, access points, etc.
• Setup and maintenance of POS peripherals such as printers, card readers, barcode scanners, etc.
• Installation and troubleshooting of VoIP phone systems.
• Troubleshooting internet connectivity issues.
• Onboarding new stores and assisting with IT setup.
• Providing recommendations for hardware, software, and operating system upgrades.
• Monitoring computer resources and conducting preventive maintenance.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining secure systems and networks.
