YOUR ROLE

The Sales Officer is responsible for the origination of accounts and ensures continuous business generation for the Bank.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
• Widens the scope of different channels. Undertakes preliminary screening to ensure that minimum eligibility requirements are met
• Conducts regular developer & project visits to be apprised of the developer’s end-buyer financing needs as well as status of project completion
• Responsible for the accreditation of real estate brokers and spearheads briefings / trainings on Mortgage products, documentary requirements and KYC procedures with the sales team of the developers and other accredited brokers
• Conducts client calls in order to be regularly informed of the borrower’s business condition and needs
• Collects application requirements and conducts proper KYC (Know your Customers) procedures prior to onboarding of clients
