to join our growing team and work from our office in Mont-Saint-Guibert.

Prime objective of the Cell therapy innovations group is to design, discover & develop novel cell therapy differentiation processes, spanning from identification of critical process parameters to optimization of cell potency. Main focus currently is on T-lymphocytes, however next-generation cell types for application in immune therapies are an important company ambition. The director Cell therapy Innovation plays an active role in shaping and defining the company’s R&D agenda and ensuring successful execution thereof.

As a Director, you provide oversight and leadership to the team, you participate in and lead projects, and you communicate at different levels within the organization, aligning with internal stakeholders to facilitate the design of experiments and assessment of the data, and also outside the organization with collaborators and customers.
