Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Ikorodu for a CNG Plant Shift Supervisor. The CNG Plant Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of compressed natural gas (CNG) plant during their shift, and supervising plant personnel to ensure they follow safety protocols and plant procedures. The CNG Plant Shift Supervisor will develop and implement procedures for plant operation, trouble-shoot equipment breakdowns, communicate with Plant Manager, and ensure plant system maintenance and repair.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting compressed natural gas (CNG) plants or equivalent process systems
• Experience supervising and leading plant personnel
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
