Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychometrician at Association Qalam located in Safi. As a Psychometrician, you will be responsible for developing and implementing assessment tools and methodologies to measure cognitive abilities, personality traits, and other psychological constructs. You will collaborate with a team of psychologists, statisticians, and software developers to design and analyze psychometric tests. Your work will contribute to the development and improvement of educational and psychological assessments.

Qualifications
• Diploma degree or higher in Psychology, Educational Measurement, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of psychometric theory and practice
• Experience with test development, item analysis, and equating methods
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, or SAS)
