Range Energy is looking for an experienced IT Systems Lead to take ownership of the technology needs of a rapidly growing startup. This role requires a large degree of self-direction and strategic decision making. You will work closely with colleagues and leadership to help guide the development of our IT strategy. Responsibilities Manage a growing fleet of company hardware (desktops, laptops, accessories) and infrastructure, including upgrade paths and repair Maintain and act as administrator for existing software and licensing (CATIA/3DX, Google Workspace, Slack, code repositories), providing a point of contact with vendors and users Use your experience to evaluate and select new enterprise application software (engineering, purchasing, inventory, etc.) Develop and implement security policies to maintain confidential company IP Troubleshoot and resolve onsite technical issues Develop company processes and procedures as we expand Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years industry...
