Our Howick based client is looking for an Operations Foreman who has the skills of a boiler maker/welder or site manager.

Essential Competencies: •

the ability to communicate effectively and positively with people at all levels – this includes staff, customers and stakeholder and management , strong level of technical understanding of systems.

Ability to assist and lead in project management

Expereince related to crushing plants, both mobile and static

Mining industry eperience
• good business and budget understanding and commercial awareness
• efficient management skills with a high work ethic;
• respectful, innovative and consistent leadership qualities and teambuilding skills;
• performance management and disciplinary procedures
• the ability to think laterally and to problem solve;
• ability to leverage technology
