Game Reserve in Greater Addo is currently recruiting for a Stock Controller.
• Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that company COS standards are met.
• Complete all necessary stock takes, ensure COS, margin % and mark-up on goods is done as outlined in the budget
• Manage orders of stock items in conjunction with the HOD’s to avoid overspending
• Maintain stock and equipment inventories and inventory records
• Order and purchase equipment and supplies
• Ensure mid-month and month end reports are produced timeously and with explanations on each line where applicable and report to GM within time frame as per company standards
• Ensure that stock items being purchased are at the best value for the company, running regular comparisons between suppliers
• Ensure the allocation of all stock items to the correct inventory accounts
