Introduction

Develop, implement, maintain, continually improve, and manage the Foskor Safety/Health programme according to the laydown Code of Practices of Foskor. Manage the Loss Control Section.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Leading the management of Strategy and Operations for the Mining Division ensuring efficiency and competitive production.
• Planning and coordinating operational activities to ensure continued compliance to Safety, Health, Radiation, Environmental and Quality standards (ISO)
• Effective leadership and managing the performance of subordinates and employee
• Ensuring that organizations aspire to achieve in their efforts to ensure that they are aware of and take steps to comply with relevant industry and sector laws, policies, and regulations.
• Able to provide ISO 45001 in-house training

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Management
