As the Business Intelligence Coordinator, you will be the owner of the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme, responsible for the analysis of customer data from various points, providing information that supports customer retention and business growth.
Responsibilities

Responsible for the sales CRM program and training to users – NEXA Design NEXA and project insight reports. Consolidate and publish a weekly customer activity report. Support in the execution of our digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Manage relevant marketing and sales SharePoint sites. Other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
