The Junior Accountant is primarily responsible for maintaining and recording day-to-day financial transactions under Loft, which include, but not limited to, A/P, A/R, payroll and tax compliance.

The Junior Accountant will work closely with the General Accountant and Accounting Supervisor. S/he should also be able to effectively coordinate with the Loft Sales Team and August 99 Money Matters Team. S/he must also ensure that all transactions are properly documented and address all discrepancies and concerns as they arise.

Responsibilities
• Record day to day transactions for sales and purchases
• Prepares payroll register and statutory schedules with minimal number of employees
• Analyze reports generated from the accounting system
• Conduct month-end and year-end close process
• Deliver excellent customer service to Loft clients and team by addressing questions professionally and promptly
