Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

A high-level description of services to be provided is as follows (the “Services”):
• Evaluate Repair Order status.
• Communicate with the suppliers from the United States (US) and Canada to check and follow-up on repairs that are in various incomplete status.
• Assist the suppliers on completing the Repair Orders be released for[BT1] [BT2] payment.
• Assess to Complete, Cancel or Void the Repair Orders and or Invoices
• Liaison with other department to help resolve the supplier’s issue/s and update the Auto Integrate (AI) System
• Communicate with the suppliers from the United States (US) and Canada in order to update their Payment Terms and or Enrollment Validation & Documentation:
• Data entry for recall notices for documentation and mailed out within 10 business days for US customers 60 days Canadian customer recalls.
