YOUR ROLE
• Manage & grow the Bank’s affluent & HNW customer segment in terms of Investable Assets (IA), fee income and customers numbers, in line with CFS aspirations and segment’s client value proposition (CVP)
• Accountable for the implementation of the segment’s customer acquisition, migration and retention
• Collaboration with internal (i.e. Trust, Global Markets) and external counterparts.
• Collaborate with other CFS units (CD, Cards, Consumer Lending etc) to ensure deployment of Premier Banking strategies, campaigns and CVP are properly implemented at the branches

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
• Client engagement and relationship building to deepen wallet share; while managing attrition rate of funds
• Focus to deliver profitability through a healthy mix of deposit (i.e CASA/TD) and fee income products (i.e. investments, Bancassurance)
• Growth of the number of customers via customer acquisition and migration from Branch to Premier
