• Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
• Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
• Promote the client’s products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner
• Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
• Compliance with agreed client KPIs
• Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client, representatives and to the whole team
• Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings
• Establish outstanding relationships with the principal and the retail outlets
• Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and the priorities of the client
• Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel,
