Role: Finance Assistant
Located: Bedford
Contract: 3 month initial

Part Time 30hrs
Mon-Fri Office Based
• Support the day-to-day management and processing of petty cash, accounts payable invoices, raising accounts receivable invoices, reimbursement claims, rail warrants, admin records/procedures and respond to other queries arising, including recommending improvements

in processes.
• Process all income and expenditure in accordance with the financial procedure manual, by assisting with the accurate processing of sales invoices, credit control and banking of income to ensure compliance with the Authority’s procedures and policies.
