Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Grower to oversee all aspects of cannabis cultivation in our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of plant biology, cultivation techniques, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for producing high-quality cannabis products.

Responsibilities:

Cultivation Management:
• Take charge of scheduling all cultivation operations, ensuring alignment with production goals and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive schedules for planting, transplanting, pruning, harvesting, and other cultivation activities.
• Readily adopt Island Genetics' proprietary nutrient regimes.
• Monitor plant health and growth parameters, ensuring optimal conditions for maximum yield and potency.
