Responsibilities and assignments
• Roles and structures evaluation across all ABI locations.
• Working in partnership with Business Partners and Rewards teams from all over the world.
• Become a referent on Job Grading process and structure design providing Data & KPIs management & Development.

Requirements And Qualifications
• Currently persuing a degree in university (Human Resources, Bussiness Administration or similar).
• At least 1 year experience in Rewards processes or organizational structures and roles analysis.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced Excel.
• Power Bi knowledge is a plus.
