We are looking for a skilled and professional Customer care Executive to join our Customer Services team.

Your primary role is to provide assistance to our clients through phone calls.
• *Responsibilities**:

- Make and attend necessary phone calls - inbound calls.
- Provide the required information to the customers.
- Resolve any queries regarding the services of the products.
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer queries as soon as possible.
• *Requirements**:

- 1 year of experience working as a Customer Services Representative or Call Center Representative
- Minimum Typing Speed Required 25 WPM.
- Education Qualification - HS passed out.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Languages Known: Bengali, English, Hindi.
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
• *Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
