Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and supervision of projects/installations to ensure they are completed in a timely manner, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Strategically plan and allocate resources to guarantee project/installation completion aligned with customer commitments.
• Monitor and track project/installation progress, ensuring proper cash flow management.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to minimize them.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure project completion according to the established plan.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project planning and progress.
• Provide problem-solving assistance and technical advice to the Project team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project/installation processes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
• Master's Degree in Project Management is preferred.
