Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the business entity of a global leader in construction industry. Our reputable client is currently searching for Farm Manager who is amenable to work in a day shift, onsite work arrangement.

About the role:
• Manages the farm agricultural aspects i.e., nursery, development, harvesting and maintenance. Ensures that the farm produce is delivered to the mill at the earliest possible time. Opens and maintains roads. Ensures that farm animals and equipment are well[1]maintained. Controls farm budget and cost.

Key responsibilities include:
Farm Development
• Manages the preparation of the farm for the development activities from clearing, staking and lining, holing, hauling of seedlings and the planting/replanting.
• Prepare budget for the development activities. Plan-out the activities to determine the timeline.
