1. Prepare technical proposal for client inquiry and assist in the cost estimation of projects.2. Assists in the development, tracking and implementation of department business plans, departmental action items and oversees the Production Department’s.3. Provide technical direction or supervision to junior engineers, engineering, or other technical personnel.4. Prepares staffing and budgetary plans and manages resources to achieve department goals.5. Performs general managerial duties such as supervising staff, planning, scheduling, budgeting, data analysis, reporting and performing presentations.6. Supervises employees including selecting or recommending selection, training, assigning, and evaluating work.7. Establishes policies, procedures and methods for the above programs and directs and inspects the work of employees engaged in these areas.8.
