Reporting to the Senior Engineer, the successful incumbent will be responsible for water infrastructure design, evaluation, and maintenance. The incumbent will assist and enable the engineering management team, should ensure effective communication, and aid the relationship between Farmers/Clients and project team members

Qualifications/Experience:
• Diploma and or BSc /BE Eng in Civil, Mechanical or Agriculture
• 3 - 5 years' experience in Civil, Mechanical or Agricultural engineering project implementation
• Experience with irrigation design, dams, road maintenance and construction
• Experience with budget controls, CAPEX projects and contract management
• Certificate in Health & Safety Training
• Valid driver's license

Knowledge:
• Effective planning and control of project implementation within specifications and budgets
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand all technical aspects of construction
