A great mining company in Musina, Limpopo is seeking the expertise of a Section Engineer TMM to join their team of professionals.

Responsibilities
• Driving Maintenance KPI’s of permanent employees, contractors and subcontractors to ensure vehicle / equipment availability, reliability and optimization
• Roll out TMM maintenance strategy to minimise equipment downtime and ensure availability of equipment at the right time
• Manage overall maintenance management performance
• Financial / Budget Control in terms of Mining Maintenance activities
• Managing of change process with regard to any deviations to Maintenance activities and work scope
• Manage the establishment of Engineering standards, specifications and service levels according to organizational objectives to ensure maximum operational availability
• Implement CI initiatives by keeping abreast of developments and introducing change in work processes where appropriate (Cost reductions and cost avoidances)
