Job Description

Purpose of the job:

To provide support to the QA department through identifying improvement initiatives for the quality of the Flour. Receiving of the correct samples of bread flour, bread premix, Easy mix, and Snowflake products for test baking

Responsibilities
• Conduct daily quality control checks on raw material, in-process product(s) and finished/packed product(s).
• Maintain and support improvement initiatives within the of the QA department.
• Complaints investigations and resolutions – through retention samples testing and batch records retrieval.
