Administrator/Bookkeeper

Our client’s core operations are the installation, maintenance, and repairs of Mine Winders, Mills, Thickeners & Crushers, and Apron Feeders. They are looking for an organized and mature Administrator/Bookkeeper to join their team.

They are based in Vereeniging, Gauteng.

Responsibilities
• Finance:

- Bookkeeping to Trial Balance & Creditors control.

- Cash book control, reconciliation, and filing management.

- Management of payroll and wages systems including calculation of all staff wages and commissions (manual

systems included) - Payroll Processing on Sage Pastel payroll.

- Petty Cash control

- Creditors reconciliations

- MEIBC submissions & Pension fund processing

- Data entry
• General admin duties:

-Management of office admin staff.

-Daily peripheral office tasks - training will be provided

-Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
