Job Details
• Relevant experience of 1-2 years in facilities/building management. Minor repairs and troubleshooting in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, aircon, refrigeration, fabrication/ carpentry works in retail setting (supermarket, department store, convenience store, mall etc.)
• Focus is more on equipment monitoring and minor repairs (Generator, Chillers, Refrigeration, Aircon, and etc.)
• Knowledgeable with Routine Operations and Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance.
• Amenable to work on 6-day work week and shifts (AM, MID, PM)
• Willing to visit other sites within the cluster for emergencies
• Good to have but not required: NC II, Driver's license
