We have been engaged by a rapidly growing SME based in Hersham, looking to bring on an up and coming Finance Manager to support the growth of the business.

This is a newly created position due to the continued success of the business. They have identified a need to bring in a Finance Manager to establish the financial controls, systems, and processes from the ground up. Before moving onto produce their first set of management accounts, then budgeting and forecasting.

Finance Manager responsibilities:
• Hands on running the day-to-day finance function
• Month & year-end close
• Production of monthly management accounts
• Manage the purchase & sales ledger
