To reinforce our Manufacturing team we are looking for a Production & Maintenance Manager.
Mission and Key Tasks

In this role you are the key driver of our local Production and Maintenance team servicing 15 production lines. You coordinate the interactions with the other departments (distribution, production planning, …) to deliver the manufacturing KPIs. This means that:
• you promote the 0 accident culture on site
• you promote the continuous improvement culture on site
