Mechanical Design Engineer (Geel)

For our Geel-based Construction division we are looking for a mechanical design / CAD engineer who is bitten by the technical evolution within his / her domain (3D modeling, Scanning ...) and has the ambition to take responsibility for the design, development and follow-up of industrial energy installations.

If you are looking for a job in which you can gain loads of experience and make a substantial contribution to the further expansion of the construction workshop with possibility to evolve to a managerial position, then you’re the person for the job !
Your responsibilities
• Meet on site with customers to further detail customer requirements
• Designing (3D CAD/CAE: Siemens NX, Solid Edge) industrial energy installations (residual heat projects, energy recovery systems, energy efficient ovens, etc.)
• On-site measurement of existing installations (3D scanning system)
• Preparing and supporting the workshop supervisor
