Finance Executive

The core responsibilities of a Finance Executive - Payable are audit, processing and timely payment of suppliers & service providers, preparation of payment voucher, journal entry, expense voucher, employee reimbursement and payment forecast, along with right implication of TDS & GST.

Position: 3 Nos in Jalpaiguri & 2 Nos in Guwahati.

What will I be doing?

As the Finance Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Account for and audit all purchase orders, receiving records, suppliers’ invoices, employee reimbursement, credit notes, debit notes, expense vouchers.
• Review all payments by bank transfer or other means and forward to HQ for approval and processing with checks and controls.
• Ensure that all invoices forwarded for approval or payment have all supporting documentation attached.
