General Overview
The Area Manager plays a pivotal role as a pioneer in regional manpower, overseeing daily operations and providing guidance to Field Coordinators and Collection Center Supervisors to achieve fresh chili procurement targets in terms of both quantity and quality. They lead the regional team and report directly to the Regional General Manager.

Roles and responsibilities
• Pre-planting Season
• Identify areas with high potential for chili procurement, considering both quantity and quality.
• Supervise and support the Field Coordinator’s efforts in identifying and hiring potential Sahabat Jiva (Micro Collectors) / farmers.
• Review and ratify decisions behind credit approval exceptions raised by Field Coordinators
• With the help of the training team, periodically train the Sahabat Jiva (Micro Collectors) on the platform features and quality assessment of a given commodity
• Planting
• Monitor MC’s cash deposits, following up on those which are offtrack
