Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gujrāt for a Teacher role at Step school gujrat. The Teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering interactive lessons, providing feedback and grading student work, managing classroom dynamics, and maintaining open communication with parents and the school administration.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field
• Previous experience as a Teacher or Teaching Assistant
• Knowledge of current teaching practices and methodologies
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for learning and teaching
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preference will be given to candidates with 2-3 years experience.
