Introduction

A privately owned group of businesses has diversified into the health care sector and require a Financial Manager to join the group.

They have a very flat hands-on approach and structure and avoid grand titles and firm departmental structures. The successful candidate will be in charge of the entire admin department at the Psychiatric Clinic facility on the Berea in Durban.

It is of utmost importance that we find a candidate who fits into a small, professionally run environment where everyone has specialist functions within the company. It is vital to the harmonious running of the office that personalities and egos never come into play. The goal is a sustainable long-term relationship.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification:

o BCompt/honours + Articles or o CA.SA or;

o Process Engineer + MBA with strong accounting/systems exposure

Experience / Skills:

• 8 to 10 years of financial manager experience.
