Primary Duties
• Deliveries to customers
• Deliveries to customs
• Collection of payments
• Dispatch and collect mail from post office
• Deliver Medical Aid Claims
• Ad hoc duties on request
• Manage content of pigeonholes

Secondary Duties

Deliveries to Customers
• Plan delivery route
• Delivery of daily approved and monthly statements
• Delivery of invoices
• Delivery of Bills of Landing as determined by various departments
• Times and signatures of company representatives to be obtained

Delivery to Customs
• Deliver and collect at acquittal document and manifests to statutory bodies as required for the client

Collection of Payment
• Collect cheques as requested by revenue department
• Times and signatures of company representatives to be obtained

Dispatch and Collect mail from Post Office
• Frank all outgoing mail items
• Post all mail items
