Leaders for our Kitwe Branch to join and take charge of teams of dedicated sales

consultants.

As a Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of inspiring and guiding our team members to

achieve their full potential.

Key duties:

 Leading, mentoring, coaching, and motivating the team to meet and exceed sales

performance targets.

Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback for

continuous improvement.

Collaborating with the management to develop strategies for enhancing team

productivity and overall efficiency.

Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines by the
