Our Client, a Well reputed health Insurance Company is recruiting a Branch Manager to head the Agency Channel in

Tuticorin - Tamil Nadu.

CTC band: Rs. 8 LPA to 10 LPA.

Job Role
• Recruitment and handling a Team of Sales Managers
• Guiding and driving business through their team of Advisors.
• Constantly improving in business targets and other parameters like advisor recruitment, their business participation, increasing business volume,
• Ensuring persistency in SM's performance.

Selection Criteria
• Graduate / PG / MBA
• Min 3-5 years of experience in Health / General Insurance Sales with a year in a team handling role is preferred.
• Possessing good leadership skills
• Target driven, Must be a performer in his present and previous roles.
