This is a fixed term/secondment vacancy until 30/09/2025.

If you are an internal applicant this post will only be offered on a secondment basis and you will need to have gained your line managers approval for the secondment prior to going to interview.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse who has an interest in Health Visiting to work with the Health Visiting Team in Ceredigion.

The post holder will need to be committed to delivering high standards of care and actively seek and promote professional working relationships with other statutory and voluntary practitioners.

The post holder, working jointly with the Health Visitor will be responsible for the assessment of health needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care to meet the needs of the child and their family.
