MAN NEEDED
Direct Support workers facilitate the development and enhancement of Independent Living and other skills to enable client to maintain their independence and/or realize their goals.
Are you able to support a 44 year old man with physical disability - he needs support with all aspects of his care & to live his life to the full both in his home & in the community!
Support is provided by 1 or 2 PA's at any one time - hours are generally between 7.30am-11pm
Are you -
• flexible & able to work weekdays/weekends/evenings?
• imaginative & motivated, with a good sense of humour?
• able to work as part of a team & follow directions as to how support is to be provided?
• * a good communicator with the ability to allow someone the time to make their own choices & be in control of their own life
