Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Technical Sales Officers (TSOs), providing guidance,

support, and motivation to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of existing dealerships,focusing on market penetration and expansion in target areas.

- Collaborate with TSOs to plan and execute secondary sales activities, ensuringalignment with company goals and objectives.

- Maintain regular communication with TSOs to monitor their performance, providefeedback, and address any challenges or issues.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for TSOs to enhance their sales skills,product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identifyopportunities for growth and improvement.
