**Job Description: Customer Service Representative**
• *Location**: Door No. XII/483A, Neeleeswaram P.O, Kerala 683574
• *Salary**: 15k-20k per month fixed + 15k incentives (variables)
• *Responsibilities**:
1. **Address Customer Queries**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
2. **Monitor Social Media Channels**:
- Keep a vigilant eye on our social media channels to address customer queries and comments in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers proactively to enhance their experience and resolve any issues promptly.
3. **Handle Phone Inquiries**:
- Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide assistance accordingly.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers.
4. **Manage Order Fulfillment Process**:
- Act as a liaison between delivery partners, the manufacturing unit, and customers to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
