The Branch Accountant is primarily responsible in the performance of accounting functions for the existing food shops to ensure that objectives and deliverables are met.

1. Invoicing

1.1. Checking of issued invoices by the branch personnel.

1.1.1. Validates all supporting documents related to the sales transactions

1.1.2. Performs matching of data entered in the system against the supporting documents

1.2. Validates and process credit memos

1.3. Prepare daily reports related to Open Sales Invoice and Credit Memos

1.4. Maintains customer files

1.5. Prepare reports related to Invoicing as required to complete the month-end closing procedures

2. Accounts Receivable

2.1. Posting and application of customer’s payment in the system.

2.2. Checking and posting of bank deposit related to customer’s payment.

2.3. Prepare daily reports related to over/short customer’s payment
