1. Keep abreast of industry and market trend, strategies and competitive information to provide accurate information and accurate recommendation.
2. Conduct a meeting to plan, analyze and implement the products according to the objectives and divisional goals.
3. Collaboration with agronomist and work together to determine market model and strategy.
4. Effectively implement health and safety in farming.
5. Work together as a team on production, research, and whole-farm planning.
6. Collaborate with customer/farmers to identify their needs, understand the local/regional
differences.
7. Oversee the in-person training of the members of the sales production team and other relevant staff.
8. Maintain, establish and build the relationship in term of business across the organization
internal and externally.
9. Encourage and uphold positive interactions with staff members in other departments, farm
