Job summary

Colorectal Service is looking to recruit a new member of the team to work within our service. You will join the existing admin and management teams as a specialist Patient Pathway Tracker.

This involves helping to validate waiting lists, correct data, training of staff and overall helping patients progress from GP referral to getting their NHS treatment.

These are computer based roles and involve using various sources of electronic data to ensure all of our patients' journey to treatment happens without delay, and entering data on to our systems as we check and follow our patients to make sure they remain safe at all times.
Main duties of the job

Patient Pathway Tracker's will be responsible for new and follow-up waiting list management and monitoring of RTT pathways.
