Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer you will have a successful track record in design for manufacturing, product transfer and technical leadership in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry and the ability to guide impactful improvements in the organization. We ask for up to 10% both domestic and international travel. You will take an active role in improving performance to ensure a safe environment, good quality and efficiency in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
• Help coordinate technology transfer of OLED manufacturing processes between sites.
• Identify solutions, including process analytical technologies which lead to process control.
• Prepare technical reports that support scale-up activities and process improvements.
• Review manufacturing batch records and protocols and participates in the training of operators and technicians in new operations.
