Our Client based in Amanzimtoti is looking to hire an imports clerk.

Must be avialable immediatly

Duties:

Arranging import of goods

Supplier Managment and control

Liasing between Suppliers and manufacturing

Tracking of goods from orgin to delivery

Stock supply tracking and management

Working on forecasts and inventories

Keeping accurate records of all procurement files

Producing reports and statistics

Liase with Customs clearance agancies

Vetting of imort documents

Making sure that legal requirements are met

Checking and following up on import document
