Our client in the Telecoms Industry urgently requires a Desktop/Server IT Field Technician

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:
• Diploma in IT or related field
• Industry certifications: CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent
• Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and server hardware
• Networking proficiency (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Virtualization skills (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Security awareness and troubleshooting acumen (Sophos)
• Hands-on experience in backup and recovery
• Strong documentation and communication aptitude
• Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
