Duties & Responsibilities

Inventory Management (Ordering, receiving and dispatching)
• Oversee and monitor availability of stock in all Tshenolo Waste warehouses.
• Manage stock requests/transfers Inter warehouse transfer requests
• Oversee stock counts
• Oversee data capturing of stock in all warehouses
• Manage and oversee all the back orders
• Receive recorded sales orders for stock
• Ensure capturing of all the sales orders on the SAP system is done timeously
• Ensure all required supporting documents are attached to client’s invoices

Reporting
• Variance analysis
• Liaise any irregularities on SAP system with Finance and follow up for correction

Planning & Coordination

Stakeholder Management
• Establish and nature business relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Stakeholder and client liaison and management.
• Supplier liaison and management.
• Liaise with Area Managers

Project Management
• Execute project goals based on the project plan.
