Responsibilities:

- Do recruiting tasks and take exit interviews for improvement in work culture

- Track employee attendance, and leaves, and maintain HR documentation

.- Record and keep the employee database up to date.

- Maintain discipline in the office, work ethics and resolve HR related issues

- Handle accounting activities

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

- Other tasks assigned by direct manager

Qualifications:

- At least 2 year working experience

- Good verbal and written communication skills
